I have engineered highly scalable, cloud-native backend systems, taking ownership of critical publishing pipelines and event-driven architectures. By designing horizontally scalable data streaming with Kafka and implementing dynamic deployment toggles, I successfully reduced the load on legacy infrastructure while significantly decoupling complex architectural paths. My work also involved integrating high-throughput network modules and migrating monolithic logic to microservices-based approaches—supporting huge request volumes with negligible latency overhead. Additionally, I architected various optimization workflows, including threshold-breach notification systems that minimized redundant messaging, and implemented secure, backward-compatible deployment mechanisms. On the frontend, I modernized legacy dashboards using Next.js and a modular component-based design, measurably improving both load speeds and user satisfaction. Finally, I optimized automated file processing with resilient distributed caching, cutting down manual intervention by orders of magnitude. Working across the full development life-cycle, I've driven impactful feature delivery while actively resolving critical production incidents to maintain consistent high availability.
